It was in London, unknown where the exactly time and where exactly the place was. There was a couple who live in happiness. They were new married couple in that town. They were new comers. The husband worked as a surgeon. His lovely wife worked as a housewife. When the husband got home after worked all day long he brought his wife a rose.

This is my good and lovely wife,” he said.

In that time situation in London was really anxious. It was really hard to life so to make their own still alive, many girls became harlots. Of course, “Jack” (his name after he killed some harlots, and people In London gave him this title) and his wife felt the same difficulties. Jack really loved his life; he didn’t want his wife became a harlot.

I will never let you become one of them, Darling,” said Jack.

His wife smiling and said, “Yes, Honey.”

But the situation compel this bad thing happened. Finally, his wife became a harlot.

Mother fucker, I can take this,” said Jack.

He became frustrated, he was not crazy. But something happened with his mind. He had personal grudge with all of harlots. Starting at that time, people in London were surprised when they found a woman died in bad shape. All of her intestines were not in her stomach, but beside her body. Her nose was cut too. But, it was not like other mutilation where the pieces were not tidy. In this case every pieces of woman part was very tidy, just like someone very good at operation. Several days later, people found again a dead body under one of the bridge; her body was still warm that was meant this happened recently. The tragedy happened near to the crowd there, but no one realized if there was mutilation. But, one of the people there then realized that. The woman was killed. Before their found her corpse, one of the people saw that she went out with a big guy with a pointed nose.

That man really tall, his face looks so cruel when he looked at me,” said one of the people.

The next day, the people in London found the same things. London police got something unusual just like the executor wanted to challenge all of them to catch him. The executor sent several parts body of the victims to the police station.

We cannot catch the man at this time, this guy is too smart,” said one of the police.

He made the police looked stupid. The police then found out the information of this man, but they still got nothing. There were the same thing in this case, everyone who were killed they all were harlots. All of the victims were women. Until now, no one can catch him. They can find out who the awesome killer was. He was the legend, not because killed some of people, but because the way he killed them and never left any proof. There was a rumor if the real identity of this killer was Israel person. Long time ago, some animals looked very different to the way they look now. Kangaroo did not have tail and wombat had a high and round head. Mirram, the kangaroo and Warreen the wombat were good friends. They lived together in a hut that had been built by Warreen from tree barks. They were always together, but Mirram liked to sleep outside at night and made fun of Warreen, who always wanted to sleep inside.

“Come on Warreen, sleep outside with me. It’s better to sleep outside under the bright stars” said Mirram

“Although the stars are bright, it’s too cold outside and sometimes it rains. I might get wet. I like sleeping in my hut with a fire to keep me warm,” answered Warreen.

Mirram didn’t accept this, and then said, “Your bark is too dark and smelly. It’s better to sleep outside in the fresh air!”

“No, thank you. I’ll stay in my bark hut,” replied Warreen.

Later, Mirram shouted, “You are too afraid to sleep with me, you’re a chicken hearted, my friend!”

“I’m not afraid and I’m not a chicken hearted,” shouted Warreen.

Mirram kept on ridiculing Warreen, until one night, the Warreen agreed to sleep outside. During the night, he got cold and came back into his bark hut. Mirram laughed at him.

Mirram and Warreen played together at all summer and Mirram still made fun of Warreen’s hut. But everything changed when winter came. The weather became colder while Mirram sleep outside. He climbed a tree to protect himself. One night the wind lashed the kangaroo, Mirram, with raindrops that felt like icy needles. Mirram was so wet and cold. He struggled to go to Warreen’s hut. He arrived at his friend’s hut, and then screamed, “It’s me. Now let me in!”

“No. There is no space for you!” yelled Warreen.

Mirram was furious, he pushed the door until it opened, and he said, “I’m inside now, and you aren’t big enough to throw me out.”

“Hm…….m..m…h…h…..,” snorted Warreen, “Well, sleep over there, in the corner. You are wet and I don’t want cold rainwater dripping on me.”

After that Warreen approached the fire and went back to sleep. Mirram laid down in the corner. There was a hole in the wall of the hut. He couldn’t dry himself. The fire was out, but Warreen kept sleeping. He snored and enjoying nice dreams. It made Mirram angrier.

In the morning, Mirram’s body was stiff and sore. He hobbled outside and took a big rock. When he came back, he saw wombat that was stretching and yawning. Mirram dropped the rock on Warreen’s head, flattened his forehead and made his nose curl around.

“This is for not helping me get warm and dry. And from now, you will always live in a damp hole. Your flattened forehead and cold home will remind you of last night.” Said Mirram.

Later, they didn’t speak each other or play together. While Warreen planned revenge. He made a big spear and waited until Mirram was busy washing his face. Then he threw the spear with all his strength and it hit Mirram at he base of his spine Mirram yelled in pain and tried to pull the spear out, but it was stuck.

“From now, that will be your long tail.” Yelled Warreen, “and you”ll never have a home to live in!” Cursed Warreen.

That is why wombats now have flat foreheads and live in dark, damp burrows underground and why kangaroos have long tails and always sleep outside.

Once upon a time, there lived a King whose name was King Samada and he had seven beautiful daughters. He was well-known for his wisdom in leading the Kingdom and all of his populace was bent down under his power because of his kindness. On the other hand, he was too busy with his work in leading the kingdom, and as conclusion, his daughters were not well educated by their own father. The King’s wife had passed away when she gave birth to their youngest daughters, Putri Kuning, so only the sitters who took care of the seven daughters. The daughters became naughty and also spoiled. They just wanted to play and play without any prohibition, especially in Bedungu Lake, the Lake which had seven kinds of color and they also had fight with the other daughters. That was going all the time.
The daughters were named with color names, because their father grew old and got difficulties to remember anything even his own children and they always wore clothes based on their names, so that the King could recognize them. The eldest was Putri Hijau and her sisters were Putri Merah, Putri Jingga, Putri Biru, Putri Nila, Putri Ungu, and the last Putri Kuning. They were all the same in their beauty at a glance; however Putri Kuning, the youngest daughter, had a very different attitude from her sisters. She was a cheerful and independent girl. She never asked the sitters to serve her; instead she also helped them in their working and also never asked expensive things. She liked living in simplicity.
One day, the King was about to go overseas. Before that, he gathered together his daughters in Palace’s Hall.
“I am going to abroad my daughters. It must be a long trip. What do you want as souvenirs?” The king asked a question to his daughters.
“I want green ruby!” said Putri Hijau.
“I want purple silk and don’t forget to bring us a lot of jewelry. We want it most.” said Putri Ungu to his father with innocent face.
All of the daughters had asked expensive things, but Putri Kuning was only in silence.
“All of your sisters have asked souvenirs. Why don’t you ask for souvenirs also?” asked The King
She thought for a moment and held on her father’s arm
“Father, there is nothing in this world that worthier and can replace you. I just want you going back to our lovely palace in safe. That’s all my request.” replied Putri Kuning with tears rolled down her face.
All of her sisters laughed and mocked her for her words.
“Putri Kuning, your words is so kind. I promise I will be back and bring the best souvenir you ever had.” said The King looking into Putri Kuning’s face.
The King went abroad afterward and left his lovely daughters in his palace.
During the King’s course, the daughters became naughtier and lazier. In the morning, they often snapped the sitters to serve them. The sitters and the servants were busy due to the fussy daughters, therefore The King’s garden were neglected. It was too dirty and then Putri Kuning saw it and she decided to clean the garden, because the King so loved it. Dry leaves, weeds, and branches all were cleaned by Putri Kuning. The servants and the sitters attempted to prohibit her, but Putri Kuning still harden her way and they let her doing that. The other daughters knew it and started to mock Putri Kuning.
“Look sisters! We have a new servant. Ha…ha…ha…” said Putri Merah with laughing to others.
“Hey!! There is till dirt here. Clean it up quickly!” forced Putri Biru.
They laughed at Putri Kuning’s work. The garden was neat before, until the other sisters messed it up. They threw the dry leaves, branches, and all of the garbage into the garden and now, it was very dirty. It happened continually, until Putri Kuning was really tired and not able to sweep again. However, Putri Kuning didn’t say anything and continued his work on cleaning the garden. Next, her sisters left her with that job and went to the Bedungu Lake.
One of the sitters came over to Putri Kuning.
“Let me help you doing this.” asked the sitters.
Putri Kuning just smiled to her and all of the servants and sitters came and helped her.
“You are so kind and care about the others. You are not the same as your sisters. I really believe that one day, you will be famous and give goodness to everyone.” said one of the servants.
“That’s so kind. I know the suffering that has been done to you by my sisters. I know those feelings if I were you.” replied Putri Kuning.
The days during the King’s course were all the same. Putri Kuning was always tortured and humiliated by her sisters.
“You must be embarrassed with your attitude. It is not necessary to give all of you presents. You all never know about someone’s suffering and only know about fun and fun and fun.” said Putri Kuning angrily.
“We are bored with your speech. Keep it on your mind and never give us again. Let’s go to the Lake”, said Putri Nila with ignoring Putri Kuning saying and inviting the others.
One day, The King arrived from his course and saw Putri Kuning was arranging flowers on his garden’s porch. Nevertheless, the other sisters played in Bedungu Lake. The King was so sad after he knew that. Then he came over Putri Kuning.
“My lovely diligent child. Your father has nothing to be a present to you except this green necklace.” said the King.
“It’s all right father. The important thing is you go home safely. This necklace is also the best present I ever had. Look, father! It matches with my clothes, isn’t it? ”, Putri Kuning said happily and her father was only able to smile and hug her with tears.
Afterwards she made her father a cup of tea. All of her sisters were coming to get their souvenirs and they forgot about Putri Kuning moreover asking about her. The following day, Putri Hijau saw her sister wore a green necklace. After she knew it, she grew angrily and incited the other sisters to seize the necklace. They caught Putri Kuning and hit her at her head intuitively. That made Putri Kuning died. Then, the other sisters got confused and decided to burry her inside the palace and nobody knew about Putri Kuning.
The following day the King wanted to see Putri Kuning and was shocked, because Putri Kuning was disappeared. He ordered his guards to find her, but it had no result. Days, months even years, the King was still looking for her and didn’t find anything.
“I am just a bad father. I can’t take care of my children and also educate them. Maybe it’s better to send them studying abroad. They must learn about good attitude.” said the King sadly.
Then, he sent all of his daughters going abroad and after that, he was just lonely in his beautiful big palace. In his loneliness, he just thought about his lovely child, Putri Kuning and was on grief all days. One day, accidently he saw a strange plant.
“What kind of plant is this? The stem looks like my daughter’s robe, the leaves looks like Putri Kuning’s necklace, its flowers are yellowness white and it’s very fragrant. It reminds me of my lovely daughter. I name this strange plant, Kemuning.” He said with happiness, because it reminded him to Putri Kuning.
Since that, Kemuning got its name. It has many advantages. The stem can be used to make beautiful boxes, whereas the wood skin can be used as powder. After died, Putri Kuning still gives kindness to everyone.

Once upon a time, there lived an old father and his teenage son. They were in a journey to the west side of the country. They brought a donkey with them. It’s for carrying all the things they had, such as food, drink, clothes, etc.
In their way, the son felt so tired. He looked like can’t move anymore. He asked for break to his father. They had their drink and also a little meal. But, the son still can’t continue stepping. Then the father decided to lift him up to the back of the donkey. Then, they continued their journey. As the son rode the donkey, he felt much better.
After a few moments, they met an old woman. She said to the father, “How poor you are, old man. I can see in your face that you’re extremely tired. Your son doesn’t even care about your suffering.” And she also shouted to the son, ”Don’t you feel so sorry to be up there boy? Look at your father! Just get down and let your father up there.” Then, the boy went down and they obeyed all of what the woman said, without any protest.
The father was up then. He substituted his son’s position as the donkey rider. And once again they stepped. They passed some villages and they stopped the journey when there was a beggar asking for some food. They were very sorry looking the poor man. The father, who was closer to the travel bag, looked for someone to share. Soon as he got a loaf of bread, he threw it to his son. “Give it to him, son”, he said. “Yes sir”, his son answered. But, unpredictably, the beggar refused the bread. “So you are the father of this boy? I thought your son was your servant. What kind of father are you? Let your son walk while you are sitting relaxing up there, huh? It made me sick of your bread. I had lost my appetite. You don’t need to pretend like a good man if you can’t be a good father.” The father was so shocked. He couldn’t be angry with the beggar. He just said nothing. He watched the beggar’s word and he had got an idea. The father invited his son to come up the donkey. Both of them now rode the donkey smiling to the next city while the beggar enjoyed his meal from the father and his son.
A few minutes later, they arrived in a cowboy city. Just soon as they came, they heard someone shouting to them angrily. “How mean all of you! How can you ride an old donkey like it? Look at your stuffs. Aren’t they very heavy? Don’t make this poor animal become your slave! Release it!”
Then what happened next? Not only released the old donkey, they also lifted it up along the following journey. The next question is, “Which one is the real donkey?”
Others’ words should be our consideration when we want to do something. But when it is not necessary to do, why don’t we regret them and let them be suggestions only?

The Legend of Yellow Flower
(Kemuning Flower)

Once upon a time, there was a king in a big palace. He had five daughters but they lived without the queen because she had dead. All of the daughters are named with colour names. They were Princess Green, Princes Yellow, Princess Red, Princess Blue, and Princess Purple. They always wore clothes and accessories with the colour like their name. The king gave them the colour names because he wanted their daughters make their life being colorful.

Among the entire princesses, Princess Yellow is the cleverest princess. She often helped the palace servants to cook, to clean the palace and to take care the garden. She was a low profil princess. She did not embarrass making friend with the poor. On the other hand, her sisters were lazy and boast persons. They wasted their time just for dressing up and making up them selves. Because of that difference, the four lazy princesses hated Princess Yellow. They always insulted Princess Blue for her cleverness. They said that it was not appropriated if a princess did something like that.

One day the king said to their daughter if he wanted to go to a place which was very far away from the palace for a while. “My beloved daughters, I must go to acroos the city tomorrow”, said the king. “Why do you go to there Dad, is there any problem?” Princess Green asked to the king seriously. “There is no serious problem my daughters. I just need to meet the king of that city. I hope you can take care yourself while I’m going to there,”said the king again. Knowing about that, the four lazy princesses said to their father to bring them jewelries when he went back to the palace, but Princess Yellow did not do as her sisters do. She just said goodbye to her father and prayed for her father safety.

When the king was not in the palace, the four lazy princesses became lazier. They always made the servants busy because of their orders. They just eating, sleeping, playing, and making up them selves. Princess Yellow was different. She was still a clever girl. She often used her time to take care the garden.

A few months later, the king was back. He fulfilled his promise buying jewelries for his daughters. He gave each of them a necklace with the same colour as their name, but there was no yellow jewelry. There was only a green necklace remaining. The king said sorry to Princess Yellow and gave her the remaining green necklace. “Yellow, I’m so sorry because I don’t bring yellow necklace for you. I searched it in all of the shop in the city, but it’s very difficult. So, I just can give you the green one,” said the king regretfully. Yellow Princess replied, “Don’t worry Dad. It’s no problem. I don’t want anything. It makes me happy enough to know that you can arrive at the palace safely.” Princess Yellow said with her beautiful smile.

Princess Green was jealous because the green necklace which was given to Princess Yellow was better than Princes Green‘s necklace. She thought that no one could wear green necklace because green was hers. It made Princess Green angry. Then, she influenced the other princesses to hate Princess Yellow more than before. Moreover, they did not like what Princess Yellow said to their father. Then, the four bad princesses made a plan to take revenge. They wanted to torture Princess Yellow

One night, the four princessses brought Princess Yellow to the garden behind the palace and they tortured Princess yellow until she died. They were very afraid because of that. They were confused about what they will do. Finally, they buried Princess Yellow on that garden. They also buried her green necklace to avoid their father’s suspiciousness. To make the proof disappear, they covered it with leaves. Then, they acted as nothing happened.

The next morning, the king realized if Princess Yellow was not in the palace. He asked to the other princesses but they pretended that they did not know where Princess Yellow was. The king searched Princess Yellow everywhere but he did not find her. The king was very sad because his beloved daughter was lost. The King always looked for his beloved daughter everytime. While the king was worrying and sad about Princess Yellow, the four princesses did not care about what their father felt. They became lazier, and lazier. They thought that their life was more pleasant because Princess Yellow did not exist.

One day, a year after Princess Yellow disappeared, when the king was sitting and thinking about his beloved daughter in the side of the garden, he was surprised with a flower in the middle of the garden. The flower was very beautiful. The leaves were green like Princess Yellow’s necklace. The flower was yellow and fragrance. It made the king remembering Princess Yellow. Then, he named the flower as “yellow flower”.

The king told the four princesses that there was a beautiful flower in the garden. The four princesses were interested with what their father said and they went to the garden seeing the flower. They did not remember if that place was the place where they burried Princess Yellow. “Wow, what a beautiful flower is this!” said Princess Red. “Yes, that’s true! Why don’t we pick the flower to decorate our bedroom?” said Princess Green. “Yeah, it’s a good idea,” all of the princesses agreed. Then, they picked the flower and brought it to their bedroom.

In the morning after that, the four princesses were not appearing at the breakfast time, so the king tried to look for them on their bedroom. The fact was very surprising. The king found the four princesses were dead. He was very sad because he lost all of his daughters. The king didn’t know anything about his daughter. He didn’t know if the four princesses were the killer of Princess Yellow. He also didn’t know if the four princesses dead because of yellow flower’s curse.

After that, the flower still growth beautifully in the palace and accompanied the king until the end of his life. The flower often used for hair treatment and the stalk skin often used for making face powder. Like Princess Yellow, that flower always gave kindness to everyone around her.
